Meet Your Hosts

Sheena Pirbhai

Founder of Stress Point Health | Creator of Sphere

The founder of Stress Point Health and the inventor of digitised Neurofeedback - an evidence-based method used by high performers, athletes, leaders, and anyone looking to regulate emotional responses to stress and anxiety, and improve focus in just 20 minutes.

SPHERE app uses patented sound frequency technology that helps regulate how the brain processes emotion and is already helping thousands of users achieve measurable relief from stress and burnout.

Following a life threatening road accident that led to PTSD and leaving a career in corporate finance, Sheena dedicated herself to building a solution that’s fast, private, and effective, blending neuroscience with real-world accessibility. Her method draws from the same technology used by elite athletes and Olympic teams, adapted for everyday use in high-pressure environments.

At the Neurowave Retreat, attendees will have rare access to 1:1 Sphere sessions with Sheena, a unique opportunity to work directly with her to reset dysregulated emotional patterns, quiet internal noise, and return to a calm, focused baseline.

Sheena works privately with founders, executives, and individuals seeking practical tools for emotional regulation, clarity, and sustainable wellbeing. The Neurowave Retreat offers a rare chance to experience this powerful technology - guided personally by its creator.

Maria Moskvina

Meditation Coach | Embodied Mindfulness

A certified meditation coach and former strategy consultant who brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and mind-body expertise to the wellness space. With a background in startups and a long-standing interest in neuroscience and psychology, her work bridges the gap between mental performance and inner calm.

After years in high-pressure environments, Maria turned her attention inward, studying the science of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. Her approach is rooted in evidence, clarity, and practical tools that support resilience without the jargon.

At the Neurowave Retreat, Maria leads Embodied Mindfulness, a session combining breathwork, meditation, and body-based practices designed to lower cortisol, sharpen focus, and rewire habitual stress responses. It’s built for people who want to feel more present and regulated, who value their time and focus on results.

Maria’s method is grounded, science-backed, and results-driven, ideal for those seeking calm with a clear mind and both feet on the ground.

Jessica Patel

Ayurvedic Practioner | Holistic Transformational Consultant

A former management consultant with a background in financial services, turned Holistic Transformational Consultant, Jess blends modern coaching, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), and Ayurvedic wisdom to help individuals manage stress and build long-term balance. After years navigating high-pressure environments, Jess brings a practical, systems-driven mindset to helping individuals create balance through Ayurveda, meditation, breathwork and behavioural change.

Now certified in Ayurvedic practice, NLP, and transformational coaching, Jess guides others through practical frameworks to reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and support long-term balance. Her approach combines timeless tradition with tools that work in modern life.

At Neurowave, Jess will lead a workshop on Ayurvedic approaches to stress, sharing nutrition principles, daily rituals, and mindset techniques that can be adapted to any lifestyle.
